All my life I wanted to know how to not only sharpen my weapons but to find that connection to the past ….to the very weapon smiths of old! If today our current civilization came crashing down and there was no power, heat, or running water… what would happen? Who would survive?

This past Easter I came up with some food that you could make all year round! It was very yummy, so wanted to share it from my perspective! Sadly, all the little bunnies were in my stomach, but I was a happy girl at the moment so that’s what was important. Once again it was the dreaded Sunday and no one was looking forward to going back to work, school, or any day in/day out activity that required society to work in general. Behind the Scenes of Total Hell is a mockumentary done in the spirit of This is Spinal Tap, except instead of following an 80’s hair band around it chronicles the attempts of amateur filmmakers who are trying to produce a horror movie called Totalitarian Hell (later shortened to Total Hell), which looks like a British version of Blair Witch Project only with worse directing and an even lower budget.

First, it’s who’s Goth and who’s not; then it’s what type of Goth are you, Victorian, Steampunk, Cybergoth, etc. However, if we widen our gaze a little bit, we could easily see that there are tons of other freaks and outcasts all around us. For me, this is the sort of film that is best interpreted emotionally. It’s a very atmospheric work, and I’d recommend just losing yourself in all of its wonderful strangeness. I wasn’t bothered too much by not fully understanding the story behind it, because it still managed to arouse all sorts of feelings inside of me.
